Why does my drain keep blocking?
Repeat blockages usually point to an underlying cause — tree roots, a damaged or dipped pipe, or a build-up in the line. A camera inspection shows which, so the fix targets the cause rather than the symptom.
How do you clear a blocked drain?
With a hydrojet. High-pressure water runs through a flexible hose to a nozzle inside the pipe: rear-facing jets drive the nozzle along and scour the pipe walls, and a forward jet cuts through roots, fat and debris, which are flushed away downstream. A camera inspection afterwards shows whether anything else needs attention.
Do you do stormwater as well as sewer drains?
Yes. R&J provides sewer and stormwater drain cleaning, inspection and location.
Can I see the camera footage?
A camera inspection provides a live view of the section the camera can reach. Ask before booking whether footage can be saved or shared, and have the plumber explain what the images show and what they cannot establish.
